The event took place in a cinema room, the audience was watching a compilation of different short films and promotion clips, coming from different services.
The leaflet was helping the audience to get details from the audiovisual productions, at the same time as watching and keeping attention to the screen.

The details were presenting infos such as summary, purpose of the movie, and also some additional infos like numbers of shares, likes, number of reposts etc...
The project intented to show the ahievement of percentages attained with a lot of structural efforts, opinions and staff surveys results, to summarize actions on listening to the staff in their major concerns around, for example, management, working environment, recognition of staff of the EC's campaigns, and ways of working together. The main purpose was to have a kind of charted summary of what has been done to achieve these goals.

The document was visually communicating these trends, and tried to communicate on which management tools the organisations used, how they implemented their system, which results they achieved, which challenges they overcame. European logo, and graphic charter as main predefined corporate identity.
