CASE STUDY

The subject covers interviews with Director-General and Commissioners, showing the engagement of entity, into well being of its staff. The main idea of the motion renderer was to translate a dynamic approach, hands on treatment, of staff concerns about their working life & conditions.

The project intented to show the ahievement of percentages attained with a lot of structural efforts, opinions and staff surveys results, to summarize actions on listening to the staff in their major concerns around, for example, management, working environment, recognition of staff of the EC's campaigns, and ways of working together. The main purpose was to have a kind of charted summary of what has been done to achieve these goals.
